A magical place designed for enjoyment and relaxation a few meters from the beach. It has a private swimming pool with heating included, outdoor jacuzzi, ping pong, billiards, barbecue area and much more. From the front you can enjoy spectacular views of the beach and the Dunes of Maspalomas.
THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, THEREFORE ALL ACTIVITIES THAT MAY DISTURB OTHER GUESTS OR NEIGHBOURS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

THE OUTSIDE AND THE MOST SPECTACULAR PART IS COMPOSED OF:
- Heated pool and sun loungers.
- Outdoor Jacuzzi with sea views.
- Front garden of artificial grass with a central pond with goldfish.
- Chill-out area with barbecue, dining table and games area with ping pong and billiards.
- Garden with fruit trees, where guests can help themselves to seasonal fruit when available.
- Private parking for several cars.
THE MAIN PART IS DIVIDED IN SEVERAL HEIGHTS:
>> The upper floor has:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.80x2.00m, private bathroom with shower, dressing room, smart TV and terrace. All this with huge glass with sea views
- 2 bedrooms with double bed 1.60x2.00m
- 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60x2.00m and bathroom with shower
>> The lower floor has:
- 1 bedroom with double bed.
- 1 bathroom with shower
>> The middle floor has:
- Living room with smart TV.
- Kitchen fully equiped.
- 1 toilet.
- Outdoor area with outdoor furniture.
Additionally and next to the pool there is an en-suit room with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower.
In total 10 people can be accommodated. All beds are of the highest quality so you can relax and enjoy a great night's sleep. All rooms have air conditioning. The entire house is managed through automation and wifi in common area.
There are cots and high chairs available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. The cot and high chair will be provided only on request.
