It has a private terrace on the front line of Puerto de Mogán and a privileged location where you can enjoy dreamy sunrises and sunsets. A very special place in a marine environment that you will love!
This cozy house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms has all the comforts such as unlimited Wi-Fi, smart-TV, air conditioning in all rooms, a beautiful balcony with incredible views of the sea and Puerto de Mogán, as well as a private solarium with 2 sun loungers, barbecue and shower, which is accessed from outside the house, as soon as you open the entrance door to the accommodation.
Mogán is a marina full of charm, we call it our "Little Venice", with many great restaurants very close, supermarkets and everything you may need.
It has one of the best climates in the world!

This property is located in a residential area, so all those activities that may disturb the tranquility of the neighbors are strictly prohibited.
A baby up to two years old, spends the night free of charge in a cot. A high chair will be provided. (Both on request).
