Sunset Son Grau is a magnificent villa in the country side of the village Campos.
The villa is surrounded by a terrace and a garden with a wide view on the rural country side. The salt pool has easy steps into the deep area and there is an exterior shower to wash off the salt. Sunbath on one of the 8 sunbeds, while dinner is being prepared on the barbecue (charcoal barbecue, the coal is to be bought by the guests), and freshen up with an appetizer on the porch.
Sunset Son Grau has been reformed completely last year, and is divided into two floors. The glass doors that lead to the terrace, the porch and the pool provide the villa with its' luminous character, specially in both living rooms. On the ground floor we find a spatious living room with a sofa and satellite television, which leads us to the dining room and the dining kitchen. The kitchen counts with two dining areas, with enough space for the whole family, beside from the outdoor dining area on the porch. The living room and the dining room have wide views on the pool and the country side. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hobs, a dishwasher, one drip coffee maker and an other of Nespresso capsules and all other necessary utensils to prepare a tasteful dinner during you stay. On the ground floor we also find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (perfect for people with reduced mobility, such as elderly). The other two ground-floor rooms count with two individual beds each. The is one shared bathroom with a showertub on the ground floor.

The stairs take us to the luminous first floor living room, with seating area, satellite TV, and acces to the terrace with pool view. On this floor we find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Also, there is a study room on this floor, with a writing table and a sofabed. If necessary, we could prepare the sofabed for up to two extra persons, with an additional cost.

Sunset Son Grau is equipped with central heating throughout the house and with air conditioning in the dining area and the 4 bedrooms. For a baby up to 2 years we can prepare a babybed and a high chair without any cost (please, advise us at time of booking). The garage with access from the dining kitchen is prepared as a playing area.

The house is situated on a huge terrain, which gives total privacy. Within 15 minutes by car you can reach the villages Campos, Porreres or Felanitx (between 6 and 10km), where you will find anything you might need during your stay: supermakets, restaurants, shops, farmacy, etc. The location is perfect to reach any beach of the Southside of the island within 25 minutes by car: Sa Rapita, Cala d'Or, Portocolom or any of the precios Little coves of the Southeast, like Cala Figuera, Cala Mitjana or Cala Sa Nau. We specially recommend the natural park of Mondragó, for beautiful coastside walks and beaches, and the hilltop Puig de Sant Salvador, from which to view almost the whole island and the Southeast coastside with al lof its’ small villages and virgin coves.
