The house was much bigger than we expected with multiple outside spaces, including a rooftop with beautiful views of Ciutadella. The location was perfectly walkable to the main square, port, and tons of delicious restaurants and bars.

This property is enormous, beautifully managed and decorated and in the perfect location in the centre of the old town. it has a great outdoor space and well stocked kitchen and bedrooms. we loved it!

There is no aircon in the property so just be conscious of this if you’re coming in summer as it can get a bit hot in some of the rooms upstairs!! there is lots of natural air coming through the windows though.

La ubicación es perfecta. Es cierto que a según que horas se tiene que vigilar el ruido para no molestar a los vecinos pero con la gran amplitud y diferentes espacios que presenta la casa es fácil hacer vida nocturna sin molestar a nadie.

There were just three of us so we had plenty of space to spread out. The location and facilities in the apartment are excellent. As other reviewers have stated there is no air conditioning and the top bedroom was quite hot so no one slept there. Fanssee more
There were just three of us so we had plenty of space to spread out. The location and facilities in the apartment are excellent. As other reviewers have stated there is no air conditioning and the top bedroom was quite hot so no one slept there. Fans are provided and you can open windows etc. There are two lovely roof terraces but they do not not have permanent chairssun loungers set up on them. Maybe because we went early in the season and they haven’t set everything up yet. Very happy with my stay and would go again.
