Description
This marvellous house with private pool accommodates up to 8 persons, for a family holiday.
Prepare a delicious barbecue in the gardenhouse, while enjoying a cocktail by the poolside and the kids are playing in the garden. The big chlorine pool counts with steps to enter easily and measures 7m x 4m. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a dining table with a sun umbrella, providing shade. In the gardenhouse you will find a barbecue, a basic kitchen and a large dining table.
The house counts a porch with another dining table, where you will surely enjoy relaxed after-dinner conversations or morning breakfast. Entering the house, we find two seating áreas with a sofa: one with a dining table and one with a televisión, which leads to the kitchen. The kitchen counts with a vitro hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffeemachine and all other utensils to prepare a great meal with your family or friends. There are 4 double bedrooms, divided over two floors. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one with twin beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower, for general use. On the first floor, there is one spacious room with a double bed, views around the garden and a large terrace. There is a second bathroom on this floor, provided with a bath tub. There is a fan available for each of the rooms, for the warm Mediterranean summer season.
For a baby up to 2 years we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair without any additional cost (please, let us know when booking).
The garden entrance offers ooutdoor parking space for about 4 or 5 cars.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area, at only 15 minutes driving from the nearest beaches. The nearest town is Sa Pobla, at 5 minutes driving, where you will find all kinds of services: shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
Pollença is only 10 minutes driving from the villa. It is a romantic village, worth a visit, for its' Sunday market, the museums, art galleries and, of course, the 365 steps up to the hermitage, from where you will be surprised by the wide views over the village and over the bay of Pollença.

Nothing to add, maybe a few smaller cutting knives for fruit and veggies, but we also managed with the knives that were there.

Lo único que nos disgustó era que la ubicación de la casa estuviera tan cerca de la carretera a Pollensa, por el constante flujo de vehículos que pasa por ella.
