Located in the spectacular Mogan Beach, in a very quiet residential building, with materials and finishes of the highest quality and an unbeatable distribution. It has a large terrace with sea views with 2 sun loungers and dining table for 4 people. It also has air conditioning and private parking in the same building.
The house with sea views, renovated in 2022, with a contemporary and modern style, is distributed as follows:
- Private terrace with sea views.
- Outdoor living room with sofas, that connects the terrace.
- Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and all kitchen utensils.
- Living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and Smart TV with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...).
- One bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning.
- One bedroom with a single bed and air conditioning.
- One bathroom with shower.
In all rooms there is air conditioning and free unlimited wifi.
The house can be enjoyed both inside and outside all year round, as it offers all the comfort you would expect, plus wonderful views of the beach.
